“天府健康码”是根据市民申报及相关信息动态生成二维码，进行精准施策，分类管理。对确诊病例、疑似病例、密切接触者进行隔离救治和医学观察。对身体异常有待观察、14天内有离蓉经历无法确认是否接触感染源等人员进行重点关注和排查。身体健康状况正常以及解除隔离等人员从即日起至疫情结束，可凭“天府健康码”出入小区、办公楼宇、商店超市、公共交通、交通卡口等。“天府健康码”根据持码人信息状态进行实时动态调整。
