负责组织开展卫生健康工作领域的对外交流与合作、对外宣传、援外工作、东西部协作工作；承担机关和所属单位外事管理工作；牵头本系统招商引资工作；组织实施国际援助项目；承担与港澳台的交流与合作工作；负责机关和所属单位出国(境)人员的初审、报批等外事工作。根据权限拟订市干部医疗保健政策和工作规划，经批准后组织实施；承担市委干部保健委员会和贵安新区确定的保健对象的医疗保健工作；承担市委干部保健委员会办公室日常工作；承担市委干部保健委员会、省委干部保健委员会及省卫生健康委保健局交办的工作。
