负责统一行使辖区内相关领域行政执法职责。按照法律、法规、规章规定行使本级法定行政执法职责。负责具体行使上级授权或委托的行政处罚以及与行政处罚相关的行政检查、行政强制等执法职责。负责行政执法人员业务和法律法规培训工作。负责通过网格管理模式对区域开展巡查，协助相关职能部门发现问题、解决问题。负责完善执法监督和联动机制。承担综合行政执法委员会的日常工作。
