南澳县政务服务中心办事大厅约500平方米，设置综合窗口8个。中心推行首问责任制度、服务承诺制度、一次性告知制度、限时办结制度等一系列工作制度。建立“前台集中受理、系统分派流转、后台限时审批、窗口统一出件”的“受审分离”服务模式。目前可办理登记经营许可类、社会民生类、投资建设类及综合事务类等相关事项业务。
南澳县政务服务大厅作为面向群众企业的一线窗口服务单位,是为企业群众提供办事的实体场所, 积极完善大厅“一窗受理”政务服务模式，完成“好差评”系统升级改造工作，进驻县政务服务中心6类政务服务事项共1058个，公共服务事项359个，全部实行一窗受理模式，一窗受理率100%。
