一、基本情况
夏河县人民政府政务服务中心，为县政府工作部门，属正科级事业单位。县政府政务服务中心县有在职职工5人，退休干部0人，现有主任1人，副主任1人，事业干部3人，公益性岗位6人。
二、内设机构
夏河县政务服务中心不设内设机构。
三、工作职责
夏河县政府政务服务中心：
1. 制定政务服务中心业务运行和人员管理规章制度、管理办法并组织实施。
2. 对审批项目的运转情况进行协调、督察，对涉及两个以上部门平行审批的事项进行组织协调。
3. 对进入政务服务中心的部门窗口、事项和工作人员进行日常管理、监督考评和目标考核，组织政务服务中心窗口规范、高效、优质服务。
4. 受理当事人对窗口及其工作人员服务质量、效率等方面的投诉、处理。
5. 协调全县行政审批项目的网上审批工作。
6. 对政务服务中心门户网站和网上行政审批系统进行管理维护和数据处理，对网络及终端软件、硬件设施进行技术和安全管理，确保网络系统正常运行。
7. 对进入政务服务中心的各类行政审批服务、咨询事项的办理情况进行组织协调、管理监督和指导服务工作。
