一、主要职责
负责宣传贯彻党的方针、政策和国家的法律、法规，执行本级人民代表大会的决议及上级党委、政府的决定和命令。贯彻落实县委、县政府的重大决策和重要工作部署。制定并组织实施本镇社会经济发展规划，管理本镇的经济、教育、科学、文化、旅游、体育、财政、民政、社保、医疗卫生、公安、司法、退役军人管理、城镇建设等行政工作。向镇党委、人民代表大会报告工作，并指导村委会的工作，抓好基层政权建设。负责本镇社会公益事业的建设，促进各项社会事业的发展。保护社会主义全民所有财产和劳动群众集体所有财产，保护公民私有合法财产，维护社会秩序，保障公民的人身权利、民主权利和其他权利，保障各种经济组织的合法权益。完成上级政府交办的其他事项。
