营业性演出许可证定义，无论是国外来华演出，还是大陆、港澳台的演出，都属于营业性演出。营业性演出是指以营利为目的、通过售票或者接受赞助的，支付演出单位或者个人报酬的，以演出为媒介进行广告宣传或者产品促销的，以其他营利方式组织演出的方式为公众举办的现场文艺表演活动，以上表演活动需要通过相关文化单位审核通过颁发许可证件——营业性演出许可证
1.受理
（一）场所、团体（复印件各一份，验原件）
1、填写《演员个人申请表》；
