成都双流机场海关是受成都海关直接领导，按授权负责成都双流国际机场口岸及成都空港保税物流中心（B型）范围内海关各类管理工作的执行机构。主要负责党的基层组织建设和干部队伍建设；办理具体海关业务，反馈执法作业结果；完成成都海关交办的其他工作。
