百色市华侨管理区管委会主要职责：
（一）贯彻执行党的路线、方针、政策，负责《中华人民共和国归侨侨眷保护法》及党和国家的有关法律法规在管理区的贯彻实施。
（二）负责管理区侨务及社会事务管理工作。
（三）负责管理区内国有资产的监管工作。
（四）负责管理区信访维稳和社会治安综合治理工作
（五）负责管理区产业发展服务工作，为外来入驻管理区投资企业提供相关服务
（六）协助进驻管理区建设项目的征地拆迁工作。
（七）指导、监督下属企业做好管理区国有土地的管理、开发利用工作。
（八）督促下属企业做好管理区内公共基础设施建设和维护工作。
（九）完成市委、市人民政府和上级侨务部门交办的其他工作任务。
